Processing/Shipping

All items are made to order, therefore orders will take 7-10 business days to make prior to shipping depending upon their customization and availability in our shop.

Custom orders may take longer so please contact us for those lead times; especially if your item is needed within a specific time frame.

All items are shipped using USPS mail and or UPS Ground shipping and may take 7-10 days for delivery.

An email will be sent with tracking information when your item is shipped.

Seller is not responsible for items once they have shipped. You may choose to upgrade to priority shipping at an additional cost for shipping.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are NOT accepted unless there is a product or manufacturer defect (ie: hole in shirt, missing piece, or error in order on Seller's side).

Please contact us within 3 Calendar Days of receiving your items to request a return receipt authorization code. Photos of damage MUST be submitted to receive code.

After 3 days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All items returned must be packaged in original packaging and returned without further damage.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses for returns.

 

 Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping and personal message cards can be purchased at an additional cost to accompany your items to complete the gift and give it a personal touch.
